The location of our apartments, right on the southeast coast between the small Aeolos Beach and the hill of the Achilleion, is one of the most coveted addresses on the island. It's the point from which Corfu can be experienced most completely: sea, history, nature, and authentic Greek life — all within reach, yet far enough from the tourist crowds.
Corfu lies in the Ionian Sea — a sea that shimmers in a distinctively deep, almost ultramarine blue, noticeably different from the turquoise waters of the Aegean. Aeolos Beach, just steps from our apartments, is not a mass-tourist beach but a quiet, family-friendly bathing spot. In the mornings, it's almost entirely yours.
Fifteen minutes away stands the Achilleion — the summer residence that Empress Sisi commissioned between 1889 and 1891. The monumental Achilles statue in the park, the neoclassical gardens with views across the entire east coast all the way to the Albanian mainland — this is the very same view Sisi enjoyed each morning.

Such a beautiful property. It was clean, had beautiful furniture, very homely and the location is amazing! Corfu Airport (CFU) is just 7 km away — about 20 minutes by car, depending on traffic through Corfu Town. We'd be happy to arrange a private transfer for you (from €50 for up to 4 guests). Alternatively, taxis are available at the airport (approx. €25–35). We can also arrange a rental car — or you can book one directly at the airport and pick it up there.
Aeolos Beach is just 140 meters from the apartments — a quiet, family-friendly bathing spot with gentle, shallow sea entry. You'll also find 150 meters of natural shoreline on both sides — in the mornings, it's almost entirely yours.
Not strictly for a beach vacation — the beach, supermarket, tavernas, and Kaiser's Bridge are all within walking distance. For exploring the island (Achilleion, Corfu Town, Paleokastritsa, mountain villages), we recommend a rental car. Every apartment comes with its own free private parking space right at the door.
Bandos Mini Market is just 290 meters away (4 min on foot) and carries everything you need day to day: fresh bread, fruits, vegetables, local wine, and olive oil. Larger supermarkets (Lidl, AB Vassilopoulos) are 10 minutes by car. The fishing village of Benitses (5 min by car) also has a weekly market.

Payment is split into two installments: 30% deposit at booking, 70% 30 days before arrival. For bookings made shortly before arrival, payment in full is also possible.
Yes — cancel up to 30 days before arrival and you'll receive your deposit back in full. Between 30 and 14 days, we retain the deposit (30%). Within 14 days of arrival, the full amount is due. We generally recommend purchasing travel insurance.
All apartments have free high-speed Wi-Fi via Starlink satellite internet — independent of the local network, with 100–250 Mbit/s, reliably fast enough for video calls, 4K streaming, and serious remote work. Coverage extends to the terrace and garden. Especially popular with workation guests who want to extend their stay.
Yes — every apartment is fully air-conditioned, including all bedrooms. The units are modern (inverter, quiet) and can run overnight. In winter, the same units serve as heaters. Electricity is included in the rental price.
Yes, everything is included: premium bed linen, hand and bath towels, beach towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, basic toiletries. For stays of 7 nights or more, we offer a complimentary mid-stay linen change.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. If you arrive earlier or depart later, we're happy to store your luggage at no charge. Early check-in or late check-out (up to 6:00 PM) is available subject to availability for a small fee — just let us know when you book.
Yes, dogs and cats are warmly welcome on request (€20 cleaning fee per stay). We have a large private garden with olive trees — ideal for four-legged friends. Please let us know the size and breed when booking. Dog waste bags and a water bowl are provided.
Of course — our apartments are very family-friendly. Toddlers up to 3 years old don't count toward occupancy and stay free of charge. We provide cribs and high chairs free of charge (please note this when booking). The aurora, solea, and nyssa apartments are especially well-suited for families (up to 4 guests, fenced garden). Aeolos Beach has shallow water and sand — perfect for small children.

A booking inquiry constitutes an offer by the guest. chillout luxury apartments corfu is not bound until written confirmation by email and may reject booking inquiries without giving reasons. The contract is formed exclusively through our written booking confirmation. Once confirmed, the booking is binding and irrevocable for the guest. Verbal statements should be confirmed in writing for evidence purposes. Amendments and additions to the contract require written form.
The number of guests specified in the booking form is binding. dalia & serena: max. 2 guests. aurora, solea & nyssa: max. 4 guests. Unregistered guests are not permitted and entitle us to terminate the contract immediately without refund.
Toddlers: Children up to and including 3 years of age are considered toddlers and are not counted as additional persons toward maximum occupancy. There are no additional overnight costs for toddlers. A crib can be provided free of charge on request.
Liability of chillout luxury apartments corfu is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is — to the extent permitted by law — excluded. We are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, travel costs, or consequential damage. We assume no liability for damage caused by force majeure, weather, insects, natural events, construction activities in the area, or restrictions imposed by authorities. We assume no liability for technical disruptions (electricity, water, internet, air conditioning) caused by third-party providers or outside our sphere of influence; in such cases, there is no entitlement to a price reduction. Valuables and cash belonging to guests are not insured; liability for these is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law. Guests are strongly advised to keep valuables in a private safe or to take out luggage insurance.
Pursuant to Art. 16(l) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), there is expressly no right of withdrawal for contracts relating to vacation rentals, as the service is provided for a specific period. This applies regardless of the guest's place of residence and the booking channel used. The booking is therefore irrevocably binding from confirmation; only the cancellation terms regulated in §4 apply.
Greek law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and excluding conflict-of-law provisions. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract is Corfu, Greece — regardless of the guest's place of residence. This also applies to guests from EU member states. Since the rental property is immovable property (vacation real estate) located in Greece, pursuant to Art. 24(1) of EU Regulation No. 1215/2012 (Brussels I Recast), the Greek courts at the location of the property have exclusive jurisdiction.
chillout luxury apartments corfu reserves the right to terminate the rental contract with immediate effect and without refund if the guest: (a) violates house rules, (b) exceeds the permitted occupancy, (c) accommodates third parties without authorization, (d) causes noise or disruptive behavior, (e) damages the property or furnishings, or (f) persistently disturbs the peace of the house. In such cases, the guest is obligated to vacate the apartment immediately. Payments already made will not be refunded.
Should any individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
